Yep, it’s that time of year . . . again . . . already.
Our planet has completed one full revolution around the Sun.
And Beloved and I can etch yet another well earned mark into the cell wall.
Yes, that’s right, you guessed it. Today is our Anniversary. We’ve been married 9 years.
I don’t really think about anniversaries that much. I do find it hard to believe how quickly 9 years have passed. When I first met Beloved, the Offspring was still shorter than both of us. Today, he stands almost a foot taller and spends much of his time patting our heads, much like you would the family cat or dog.
Yet, sometimes it’s difficult to remember not being together. Like this is how it’s just supposed to be.
I wanted to share the picture on the front of the card that Sea Star and El Capitan sent to us. It really does capture Beloved and myself in our truest form!
It really is awesome!!
Well, anyway, HAPPY ANNIVERSARY Beloved. I love you! And, here’s to adding another brick to the wall. May our trowel never bend nor our cement ever run dry.

I believe our marriage can be summed up in the immortal lyrics of “Hail Hail” as sung by Pearl Jam’s Eddie Vedder:
